About Faculty of Computer and Information Systems

The Islamic University in Madinah, Welcome’s you in the Faculty of Computer and Information Systems. The Faculty of Computer and Information Systems was established in 2011 G./ 1431 H. and started in the academic year 2013/2014 G. - 1434/1435 H. The Faculty, offering Bachelor Degree Program in four various disciplines like (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems), aims to graduate outstanding technical professionals who actively participate in disseminating e-culture in the society. Department graduates will play an important role in national economic development in both government and private sector through involvement in major information technology projects. The Faculty of Computer and Information Systems provides modern laboratories, smart class rooms, and other facilities. Students and faculty are encouraged to check the FCIS Safety Guide, the FCIS Labs and Facilities Guide for their campus. Students are exposed to a variety of activities both academic and extra-curricular. The FCIS works to attract talented staff both national and international to participate in advancing education and research for the growth of the Faculty.
