Graduate

  1. The applicant must have a bachelor of science degree (Full-Time) from Saudi University or an international university approved by the ministry of education with a CGPA 3.75 or above out of 5 or equivalent.

- For the Master of Science in Renewable Energy, a bachelor of science degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.

- For the Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management, a bachelor of science degree in one of the related engineering fields is required.

2. The applicantfrom Gulf Countries must obtain a minimum score of (65)in the Post-Graduate General Aptitude Test (QIYAS)and should not have been more than five years since obtaining the degree.

3. The applicant from outside Saudi Arabia must obtain a minimum score of (130) in the GRE test (quantitative part) and not have been more than two years since obtaining the degree.

4. The applicant must obtain a minimum score of 450 in TOEFL-PBT or its equivalent and not have been more than two years since obtaining the degree. The Faculty Council has the right to exempt from this condition.

5. The applicant who is working must provide no-objection certificate.

6. Provide at least two recommendation letters.

7. Submit a Statement of Purpose (a one-page essay focusing on career and research goals).

8. The following criteria are considered for preference between applicants who meet the requirements.

- 45% on the CGPA

- 45% on general capacity or GRE test

- 10% on practical experience
