Financial Affairs Unit
The functions of the unit are summarized in the following:
Opening and following up an independent bank account in the name of the university for investments.
Protection of public funds collection and disbursement.
Preparing and reviewing financial work policies and rules in the department.
Preparing the estimated budget for the administration.
Preparing records of all investments, their returns and disbursements, and submitting them to the Director General.
Recording all financial transactions, preparing accounting and financial reports, and submitting them to the Director General.
