Establishment of the Professional Master's Program in Industrial Laboratories – Physics:

The University Council approved the establishment of the Master of Professional Science in Industrial Laboratories Program within the Department of Physics at the Faculty of Science on 16/09/1440 H.

Program Mission:

Providing distinguished professional education in the field of industrial laboratories to prepare a graduate capable of competing in the labor market and contribute to community services within sustainable and stimulating scientific environment. Program Learning Outcomes

  1. Admission to the program requires general conditions in accordance with what is stipulated in the unified regulations for postgraduate studies in Saudi universities and its executive rules at the Islamic University ( Physics programs-Website). Admission requirements are general (determined by university) and specific (determined by the department council).
  2. The applicant must be a Saudi or has a grant for postgraduate studies if he is not Saudi.
  3. The applicant obtained a college degree from a Saudi University or another attested University.
  4. The applicant must get the consent of the employer if an employee.
  5. The applicant must have a bachelor degree in physics or its disciplines/chemistry (or its disciplines).
  6. The applicant cumulative GPA is good (2.75 on 5 scale) or higher.
