A student from another university may be accepted to enroll as a regular student at the Islamic University of Madinah, subject to the following conditions:
The student must have studied at a recognized university.
The student must not have been dismissed from that university for disciplinary reasons.
The student must meet the transfer conditions as determined by the University Council.
Transfer may be conducted during regular semesters only (excluding the summer semester).
The student must be a Saudi citizen (or have a Saudi mother).
The student must have completed at least two semesters and no more than four semesters at their previous university.
The College Council shall evaluate the courses taken by the student outside the university, based on the recommendations of the departments offering equivalent courses.
The evaluated courses that are considered equivalent will be recorded in the student’s academic transcript but will not be included in the calculation of their cumulative GPA.
If it becomes evident after the student’s transfer that they had been dismissed for disciplinary reasons, their admission will be considered void from the date the transfer to the university was accepted.
